Our New Yard

We have lived in our house for over 2 years now and finally did our backyard project.  These pictures are out of order, but you can see that the journey was long (2 months).  We were blessed by an amazing contractor and are enjoying our new yard.

Catch Up Time

Seriously, it has been over three months since I wrote.  We ended the school year well.  We started off the summer with the end of the T-ball season, David's birthday, my knee surgery for my meniscus, Gracee's ballet recital, Evan's birthday, swimming lessons, a road trip to the NW for a month, training for my 60 mile breast cancer walk, a trip to Disneyland with the kiddos, a new car, selling our old car, a new (old) job for David, the kids started 1st and 3rd grade on August 13th and we started our yard project a few weeks ago.  (pictures of the yard coming in a later post)  We are also celebrating our friends Ryan and Kristen wedding coming up in October so there has been some fun planning for that.  My brother Kevin's family welcomed their daughter in July.  I love being an Auntie again!  Since I am too far behind to write about all of these individual things, I will just highlight some of them with pictures (a few are out of order for some reason)!  Overall a fun and eventful summer.
